Work For All (WFA) participated for the first time in the Tourism Career Days, held on November 28–29 at the Athens Conservatoire. Our presence at the event marked a significant first step toward directly connecting with candidates in the hospitality industry and exploring the opportunities offered by one of the most dynamic sectors of the Greek economy. During the event, we had the opportunity to meet candidates who showed a keen interest in professional growth, training, and active participation in the labor market.The discussions highlighted the sector’s actual needs and the importance of strategically connecting talent with the right professional opportunities. This participation aligns with Work For All’s strategy to boost employability and build meaningful connections between candidates and employers, focusing on sectors with high demand and growth potential. Steadfast in this goal, we continue to develop initiatives that enhance access to employment and support the sustainable career development of candidates.
