Our vision is a workplace with equal opportunities for all, where diversity is a strength and inclusion leads to success.  <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Work For All is seeking <\/span><b>an Attorney at the Court of Appeal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for a general practice law firm in<\/span><b> Chios <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">specializing in criminal and immigration law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking and managing judicial and extrajudicial cases.<\/li>\n<li>Appearance and representation of clients before courts and competent authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li>Legal research and monitoring of current legislation and case law.<\/li>\n<li>Providing legal advice and guidance to the firm&#8217;s clients.<\/li>\n<li> Management and monitoring of case progress and relevant deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and collaboration with clients, public services, judicial authorities, and other external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Law Degree from a recognized educational institution.<\/li>\n<li>Qualification as an Attorney at the Court of Appeal and active professional license.<\/li>\n<li>Proven professional experience in law practice and legal case management.<\/li>\n<li> Excellent knowledge of Greek legislation and legal research skills.<\/li>\n<li> Experience in drafting pleadings and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<li> Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility, consistency, and high level of professional ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English will be considered an additional asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: 1,000 \u2013 1,300 euros net \/ month<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All applications will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
